Inverloch is the original product of the company first made for domestic
consumption in 1985 and solicited soon after by local hotels and quality
food retailers.
The cheese is unchanged
and so too is the demand with never a year passing without it selling
out for months as our goats run dry. Nonetheless our loyal customers
await its return.
It is hard pressed
and whilst full of flavour it is one of the least "Goaty"
being typically three months old at despatch. It has won many awards
over the years at all the main prestigious shows and is exported to
Europe and the Americas. Highly recommended!
