This is a chunky 250g truckle of mature Scottish cheddar traditionally smoked in our local smokehouse over apple wood chips for a distinctly mellow flavour.
Very attractively packaged in red wax with a glossy finish and gold label it looks as great as it tastes and makes a tremendous gift.
